How can I copy song titles from a hard drive to make a catalog?

I have a hard drive with karaoke songs in it that i want to catalog.The files are listed by artist...then song title.I need to put them in a book for performers to look at.Any freeware programs that will do this?

Try this:


Open a command prompt, Start%26gt;Run type: cmd %26lt;enter%26gt;


In the window type: cd (folder where songs are) %26lt;enter%26gt;


type: dir /on/b %26gt; c:\temp\songs.txt %26lt;enter%26gt; (this will create a text file in c:\temp named songs.txt that contains all the songs in your folder in alphabetical order). If you want you can import the list into Excel, that way you modify it any way you easily.
